Use "Track my visit" on the clinic page with your phone number and Visit Code, or open the visit link sent to you when you booked.

It's a heads-up that your turn is close, based on the current pace of the queue. It's an estimate, not an exact time — plan to be nearby once you see it.

Your visit page updates live as the queue moves, so you can see your position change without needing to call the clinic.

After your consultation, "Get my prescription" on the clinic page (or your visit link) lets you view and download it — available for seven days after your visit.

Where a clinic allows it, you can cancel from your visit page. To reschedule, cancel and book a new session, or contact the clinic directly.
